It was with great pride that I placed a plate of them sliced and ready for appreciation before my niece, who was 7 years old. I was informed she did not eat tomatoes. I asked the logical questions: "Is she allergic? Have a phobia? Been attacked by a giant tomato?" Well guess what? She had never –no, not ever - eaten a tomato!

Dislike what you like? Why would you want to do that? It’s for the same reason you should try to imagine liking what you dislike: to give yourself the opportunity to see the subject in question without prejudice.
Habits are hard to break, but when you accept the challenge of trying something new, it is quite often the door to discovering the power within you and learning how better to enjoy your life!
